2. Principles of Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023). Personal data is only collected to the extent necessary for the operation of this website and the provision of our services.

The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in operating the website (Art. 31 para. 1 nDSG) and, where applicable, your consent.

When you visit our website, the following technical data is collected automatically:

4. Hosting

Our website is hosted on a server in Switzerland. The hosting provider processes the access data mentioned above on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place that ensures data-protection-compliant processing.

5. Fonts (Self-Hosted)

This website uses locally embedded fonts (Google Fonts, self-hosted). The font files are loaded directly from our server. No connection to Google servers takes place and no data is transmitted to Google.

6. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address to send you updates and product news. The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending us an email to info@waya-drinks.com.

Your email address is stored until you withdraw your consent and is subsequently deleted.

7. Cookies

This website does not use any tracking cookies or analytics tools. Only technically necessary cookies are used, which are required for the operation of the website. These cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your browser session.

8. No Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations, you have expressly consented, or we are legally obliged to do so.

9. Transfer of Data Abroad
